Welcome to the Gable! This popular ranch plan has been a staple built by Simms most recently at The Gables of Huber Heights.  It includes a spacious 1,590 sq ft with 9′ ceiling throughout.  Most say “I loved it better in person!”

The Gable comes equipped with a generous covered front porch, and rear 16’x10′ concrete patio.  Walk into the foyer with 9′ ceilings and an 8′ arch encloses the front bedroom, guest full bathroom, and coat closet.  The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.
