I am so happy that we took the opportunity to purchase one of the new town homes on Center Street in downtown Springfield. It has been one of the best decisions we ever made. Working with the Simms team has been an easy and enjoyable experience. They guided us through the entire process and have been there whenever we had any questions or issues during planning, building, and after we settled in to our new home. They conducted themselves with the utmost of professionalism and integrity. The town home itself is stunning. We were cautiously hesitant about downsizing to something smaller than we were used to but it has turned out beautifully. There is ample room for all of our furniture and personal items as they incorporated plenty of storage space into the design. We added a few other storage solutions that made everything perfect. We do a lot of entertaining and our guests cannot believe how easily we can comfortably have dinner parties for eight people. Additionally it has been conveniently located in the heart of downtown Springfield with easy access to green space, area parks, the bike trail, restaurants, pubs, the farmers market and hospitals. All of this and more is within easy walking distance. Our new neighbors have become our friends and we are looking forward to meeting even more people as our vibrant community grows in the upcoming months. On behalf of my husband Brian and myself, I would like to say thank you to the entire Simms team. You made it possible for us to start a new and exciting chapter in our lives and we are ever so grateful.

Dear Mr. Simms,

I wanted to spend a minute thanking you for the homes that you have built. I live at Spinnaker Cove apartments. I have been living here for two years and just signed my third lease. This place has made a home for my son and I. My son is seven years old and I had him when I was sixteen. I wanted to beat the odds and make my son proud.

Every time I drive into this complex and open my door, I can’t believe that this is where I call home. The Twin Lakes condos are my dream and I admire them every time I drive. I’m so excited that you offer the rent equity program. It gives me hope that one day I can take the next step and own my home. My son is getting older and my next goal is to get my family into one of those condos. This may be out of the ordinary but I teach my son that it is important to thank those around you who impact your lives. So, Mr Simms, thank you from my son and me.
