Dear Mr. Simms,
Last month I wrote a letter to your company explaining a tax adjustment I thought should be adjusted fairly. We talked at closing with your representative and the closing agent in April about the fact that there were no prorated taxes.
The point is, a lot of people talk about how fair and honest they are. In this case, your company lived up to it.
You could have delayed this and made it difficult. Instead, you made a compromise and impressed my son Brice and myself. I have been in the Real Estate business for over 30 years and I know firsthand how, when $$’s are involved, honesty is a relative thing.
Again, I wish to thank you for coming through. If I have any opportunity to send business your way, I will.
