As the holiday season approaches, Charles Simms Development continues to engage in several activities to help those in need and to say thank you to our vendors and employees!

One way we have said thank you to our contractors this holiday season is by Charlie Simms himself delivering 60 turkeys to all of our sites to unsuspecting workers.  He was greeted by a thankful spirit that matched his effort in this giving season.  

Charles Simms Development also donates $100.00 to Habit for Humanity of Dayton for every home sold in 2015.  This has been an ongoing tradition and Charles Simms Development is happy to make these donations.  This year’s donation will be approximately $5,000 as in recent years. 

At the end of each year, Charles Simms Development comes together with our apartment management company, Simms Management for a Christmas party.  We gather and enjoy an exceptional lunch and special awards are given to top off an excellent time together as both companies converse.  The history of our Christmas party has been long lasting and will continue because we have such great employees here at both Charles Simms Development and Simms Management.  

We also wanted to share this gorgeous photo taken in Dayton!  2015 is the first year to light up this monument of bells.  We have a feeling it will be an annual tradition moving forward!
