After another great year at Charles Simms Development , we were able to give back in a few ways at the year’s end. With the New Year here, we are ready to aim higher to give to our local charities. At the end of 2015, Charles Simms Development is glad to report that we were able to give a check to Dayton’s Habitat for Humanity for $5,000! We give $100 for every home closed each year.

The Dayton Area Board of Realtors annual REALTOR® Holiday Reception, an ongoing event for 31 years, is able to bring money and toys in support of the local Marines Corps’ Toys for Tots program. Charles Simms Development continues to be a bronze sponsor for this event this year and we are looking forward to continuing our sponsorship of this worthy cause.

Charles Simms Development also donated $1,000 to K12 for general assistance and new improvements in their fundraising drive. By supporting K12, we continue to support Downtown Dayton Partnership’s initiatives! We look forward to a new year and new opportunities to support our community in 2016.
