Karri Sizemore not only has experience in new home sales, she has experience working for Simms Development! “I started working as an assistant in 2003. Eventually, I handled Cinnamon Ridge when it took off. That was amazing!”

After she left Simms, she continued to work in new home sales, working with builders like Fischer Homes and M/I Homes. Once she had children, she needed to be flexible with her schedule. And she was particular about where she worked – Charlie had set the bar high!

Flash forward 10 years, and Karri has returned and taken on the role of Sales Representative at Cottages of Beavercreek. “I was working in property management, but I wanted to get back into new home sales. I reached out to Charlie about six months ago, asking him to keep me in mind. Ultimately, everything fell into place!”

Karri’s love for new home sales – and for our team here at Simms Development – made her comeback inevitable. “The relationships I built are still there. I remained friends with everyone through the years, so I feel like I have a huge support system here.”

Karri studied business management at Miami University and recently completed real estate classes.

She has two daughters and is a basketball coach with the private coaching program, CoachUp in her free time. “It keeps me connected to my kids and the game. I love it!”
