The Home Builders Association of Dayton’s Spring Parade of Homes is set to begin next weekend, April 16-17 and April 23-24 – and the homes will be open from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM each day.

One of our townhomes at Parkside Row will be in the Parade of Homes and we will be house number 14 on the tour! You will be able to tour one of our newest designed townhomes in Springboro. Here is a link to a locator map of all the homes in the Spring Parade of Homes.

This is a free event and we glad to be a part of this wonderful home tour. All homes are for sale and our home on the tour is for sale too! Imagine walking into one of our townhomes at Parkside Row in Springboro and saying, “we’ll take it!”  This can be you and will be move in ready!
