Charles H. Simms and son, Robi Simms traveled to the International Builders Show in Las Vegas, NV in January representing Charles Simms Development.  The show involved countless seminars, trader show exhibits, and of course, great networking.

The most valued aspect of IBS was being in attendance of our regional caucus to further explore what we have to look forward to in our state regulatory process and how we can contribute on a national level.  During this event, we were able to see our friends and colleagues from our local Dayton HBA and friends from our Ohio Home Builders Association.
We attended seminars that helped reinforce excellent  building practices from some of the nation’s leading builders and developers.  Robi Simms attended the super sales rally seminar to learn more about sales efforts that will help our future in the Dayton market.

We are grateful for the opportunity to have been able to attend the 2016 International Builders Show and we are excited for next year’s show in Orlando, FL.
