Started earlier this year, The Cottages of Beavercreek have open floor plans, 9-foot ceilings, attached two-car garages, an option for gas fireplaces, and back porches that can be enclosed. There are extensive walking paths throughout the community, as well as a massive lake with a fountain and a beautiful entranceway. There will be 84 total homes, with 14 buildings built in two different phases.

The Parade of Homes runs October 14 & 15, 21 & 22, from 1 to 5 pm.
