Now that spring is here, we’ve got all sorts of things going on in Downtown Dayton!
On Wednesday, May 10th, we are celebrating the opening of our newest model at Monument Walk from 4 – 6 pm. Dayton Mayor Nan Whaley will preside over the ribbon cutting at 5 pm. There will be refreshments and light hors d’oeuvres. The model is located at 104 West Monument Avenue, at the corner of Ludlow and Monument. Parking is available next door at the Dayton’s Woman’s Club.
Then, on May 20th, we will be participating in the Downtown Housing Tour, sponsored by Vectren, DP&L, and the Dayton City Paper. Take the tour and come visit our Monument Walk and City View townhome communities! We also invite you to visit our Brownstones at 2nd community when you’re in the downtown Dayton area.
The tour itself is a great opportunity to check out a variety of homes – from renovated warehouse lofts to brand new apartments and townhomes. You get to experience for yourself the fun and convenience of downtown living. Just hop on and off the free tour shuttles, or complete the tour on foot or bike.
