It’s been a busy spring at Parkside Row!

We’ve had lunch and happy hour events for local Realtor offices; these were well attended and agents left with all the latest information on our community, and Very Important Sales Agent (V.I.S.A. ) program. They know the Simms Quality, and are excited to bring their buyers in to see the model and select their new townhomes!

The first Homeowner event also occurred in May. Wine and Cheese brought together neighbors, some meeting for the first time.  It was a great turnout, and we made plans for future events this year.

A summer cookout, progressive dinner, and chili cook-off are a few ideas.  With several restaurants, eateries, craft brew and bistro within walking distance, we also have many options for a “walk-over” event.  At the end of the evening we drew for a BW3s gift card, and Adam Klusky was the winner.

Our final event this month was the Springboro Chamber of Commerce “Ladies Night Out”. Over 30 ladies gathered to  enjoy wine, cheese, light appetizers and networking.

In the parking lot, Elizabeth and her Local Love, a Roaming Boutique, was open for shopping.

The ladies were excited to tour the decorated model, as well as other available townhomes; a special treat in addition to the monthly networking schedule.

It was also a pleasant surprise to see homeowners Nicole Luisi and Rose Maxwell (with daughter Sarah), in attendance.  When community members show up to events, other visitors get first hand information from people actually living here.  They were happy to share how they love the Parkside Row lifestyle.
