Because of this, we’re excited to introduce you to Bronwyn Graham-Duteil, our Parkside Row Sales Representative!  Bronwyn has an unbelievable background, both personally and professionally, and we’d love for you to get to know her a bit more!

Centerville native and resident, Bronwyn Graham-Duteil (Sales Representative for Parkside Row in Springboro, Links Yankee Trace and our newest community, The Cottages of Beavercreek).

Bronwyn has been around the business of selling homes since the age of 4. Her parents Laura and Charlie Graham are in real estate and worked with many builders, including Charles V. Simms and Bill Simms. Assisting her parents from her first Homerama at the age of 8, Bronwyn obtained her real estate license at 19 to join the family business. A model and actress in local markets, her passion took her to New York, before she settled in Los Angeles, California. The film and television industry welcomed her in positions from script editing to wardrobe and spfx makeup. She honed her owned skills as a performer with appearances in film, television and commercials.

After the 1994 earthquake Bronwyn returned to Ohio and resumed her career in real estate sales. In 1998 she joined the Charles Simms Development family, winning sales awards including Dayton HBA/SMC’s Rookie of the Year. Bronwyn and her husband later welcomed a son, and she turned her focus to motherhood and her son’s activities. While selling real estate another love was discovered – the art of hula performance. Dancing in the footsteps of her Hawaiian grandmother, she created her own one-woman show playing ukulele and singing the songs of her ancestry. In 2012 she returned to new home sales with Charles Simms Development.

Selling out The Cottages at Yankee Trace and opening Parkside Row, she was honored with multiple sales awards and many new friendships. Her passion for the job shows in helping people visualize their dream of living in a new Simms Development home, and seeing it to reality.
