The Home Builders Association of Dayton’s 2014 Spring Parade of Homes is right around the corner. Showcasing the latest in design, features, and amenities from the region’s finest builders, these 20 outstanding new homes will take visitors through the best neighborhoods in the Dayton area, including the Cottages at Yankee Trace.
The professionally decorated model at 507 Legendary Way will be the primary destination for visitors to the Cottages. However, the entire community is well worth touring, with its quiet cul de sacs and breathtaking views of Yankee Trace Golf Course. Sales Associate Bronwyn Graham-Duteil is ready to help guide “paraders” on a mini tour of the community, after they’ve experienced the model home.
“Now that warm weather is finally here,” she confided, “most people make a beeline for that golf course view. They’re always surprised to learn how affordable a brand new home on a golf course truly is. We’ve got the location, the curb appeal, the new floor plans, and the quality construction. Charlie Simms has created a coastal feel here at the Cottages that home buyers aren’t going to find anywhere else.”
The Spring Parade of Homes event runs Saturdays and Sundays, April 5-6 and 12-13 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM each day.
Complete details may be found in Real Estate Plus in the March 30th edition of the Dayton Daily News. They will include a map to each home to help visitors plan their route.
This is one parade you won’t want to miss!
