This weekend only is the Downtown Housing Tour 2016! Come and see what downtown Dayton has to offer in housing. The tour starts at 1pm and lasts until 5pm on May 7th! At Charles Simms Development we are glad to be showing two of our newest products, Brownstones at Second and Monument Walk!
